It obtained its Capital Market Authority (CMA) license No. 20-19206 on 11/01/1441 AH (7 September 2019) to provide arranging and advisory services in securities.
The company officially commenced operations on 09/06/1441 AH (3 February 2020) after fulfilling all regulatory requirements, and expanded its services in 2024 to include arranging activities with CMA approval.
Esnad holds Commercial Registration No. 1010575421 and Unified Number 7008921160, reflecting its commitment to transparency and full compliance with local regulations.
