• User: Any natural or legal person who browses or uses the platform, including visitors and registered users.

• Agreement: These binding Terms and Conditions applicable to the user when using the platform.

Eligibility and Registration

1. Users must be legally competent and at least 18 years old to register and benefit from the platform’s services.

2. The company may verify user identity using services such as “Nafath” or other verification systems.

3. Minors may not register, except through a sub-account under the responsibility of a legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for its use.

4. Users must provide accurate and complete registration information and update it whenever changes occur. They are responsible for any incorrect data provided.

5. Users must keep their usernames and passwords confidential and notify the company immediately of any unauthorized access. Allowing third parties to use or access the account is prohibited.

Nature of Service and Risk Disclosure

1. The platform provides investment services including account opening, portfolio management, and trading in local and global stocks, commodities, and currencies.

2. All investment decisions made through the platform are solely the user’s responsibility; the company is not liable for losses resulting from market fluctuations or individual investment decisions.

3. Investment carries high risks and may result in the loss of capital. Users should evaluate their risk tolerance and avoid investing money they cannot afford to lose.

4. Information provided on the platform is for educational or informational purposes only and does not constitute personalized investment advice. Users should consult an independent financial advisor when necessary.

5. The company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party information, and users are responsible for verifying any information prior to making investment decisions.

Fees and Commissions

1. There are no fixed fees for account opening or portfolio management.

2. The company’s commission is limited to 15% of realized profits, and no other fees are charged unless announced in advance.

3. Commission rates or additional fees may be adjusted in the future with prior notice to the user, who may choose to accept the changes or close the account.

Use of the Platform

1. Users must use the platform solely for lawful purposes and refrain from any illegal activity, including money laundering or terrorist financing.

2. Misuse of the platform, including hacking attempts, data scraping, or infringement of intellectual property rights, is prohibited.

3. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue certain services temporarily or permanently for regulatory or technical reasons.

4. The company may suspend or close user accounts without prior notice in cases of violations of these terms, regulatory breaches, or suspicion of unlawful activity.

3. Users are responsible for protecting their devices from viruses or malicious software; the company is not liable for damages caused by use of the platform.

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform or interpretation of these terms shall be settled amicably whenever possible. If unresolved, jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Riyadh.
